Connect your email account so Wade can send outreach on your behalf.

Connect Gmail

  1. Go to SettingsEmail & Sending
  2. Click Connect Gmail
  3. Sign in to your Google account
  4. Grant Wade permission to send emails

Connect Outlook

  1. Go to SettingsEmail & Sending
  2. Click Connect Outlook
  3. Sign in to your Microsoft account
  4. Grant Wade permission to send emails
Wade only gets permission to send emails and track opens/replies for outreach you initiate. We never read your personal inbox.

Set Your Email Signature

  1. Scroll to Email Signature
  2. Write your signature (name, title, company, etc.)
  3. Click Save changes
This signature is appended to all outreach emails.

Test Your Connection

Click Send test email to verify everything is working. You’ll receive a test email at your connected address.

Disconnect Email

To disconnect your email account:
  1. Go to SettingsEmail & Sending
  2. Click Disconnect
  3. Confirm
Disconnecting your email will pause all agents that send emails (Outreach and Follow-up agents).

Troubleshooting

Emails not sending?
  • Check that your email is still connected
  • Make sure agents are activated (not paused)
  • Check your daily send limit hasn’t been reached
Low open rates?
  • Avoid spam trigger words in subject lines
  • Keep subject lines short and personal
  • Send during business hours (9am-11am works well)
