Set the minimum confidence score for Reply Agent drafts:
- High (80%+) — Only very confident drafts, more manual review needed
- Medium (60%+) — Balanced, recommended for most users
- Low (40%+) — More drafts auto-generated, review carefully
Start with Medium. Adjust based on how often you’re editing drafts.
