View your current plan, usage, and manage billing.

View Current Plan

Go to SettingsBilling & Plans to see:
  • Your current plan
  • Monthly usage (searches, outreach sent)
  • Billing cycle dates
  • Next invoice amount

Upgrade Your Plan

  1. Go to SettingsBilling & Plans
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select a new plan
  4. Enter payment details
  5. Confirm
Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount.

Downgrade Your Plan

  1. Go to SettingsBilling & Plans
  2. Click Change plan
  3. Select a lower plan
  4. Confirm
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Update Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsBilling & Plans
  2. Click Payment method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Click Save

View Billing History

Scroll down to see past invoices. Click any invoice to download a PDF.

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to SettingsBilling & Plans
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. Confirm
Your account remains active until the end of the billing period. After that, you’ll lose access to paid features but can still log in.

Usage Limits

Each plan has limits on:
  • Searches per month — Discovery searches
  • Outreach emails per month — Emails sent via agents
  • Creators in CRM — Total creators you can save
Check your usage at the top of the Billing page. You’ll get an email when you’re approaching limits.
